Rhonda Stamas Graduated from Saint Leo University (Summe Cum Laude) in St. Leo, FL in 1986 and passed the CPA exam in Florida in 1996.  She has an extensive mix of public and private experience in a variety of industries.

Rhonda is a mother of triplets, a native of Florida and originally from Tarpon Springs, FL.
